Privacy notice on the processing of personal data pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and on the use of Cookies.
This privacy notice is intended to inform Users of this Website about how personal data are processed and how cookies are used. In particular, it concerns the provision, collection and subsequent processing operations performed on Users’ personal data through: browsing the Website pages; entering data during any registration; requesting information via email messages; contact forms; the use of services and/or applications and similar tools; as well as the use of the User’s browsing information for certain Website or third-party functionalities, for technical or commercial purposes (cookies). In any case, the processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of confidentiality and of the User’s rights and freedoms, as the data subject. This notice is provided pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and subsequent national implementing provisions.

General Privacy Policy
Users are informed that the following information refers exclusively to this Website and not to any other websites that may be visited via links from this Website; for those websites, Users are encouraged to read the relevant notices provided by their respective controllers.
PURPOSE OF THIS PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING NOTICE
Access to the services of this Website involves the collection of certain personal data of the User. This notice aims to indicate what data we collect, why, and how they are used. The provision, collection and subsequent processing operations carried out on Users’ personal data take place through browsing the Website pages and, in particular, through tools used to request information and provide personal data via email messages, contact forms, registration procedures, e-commerce procedures and similar or equivalent operations. The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of confidentiality and of the rights and freedoms of Users, as data subjects.
WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
We process two types of data: 1. Data provided by the User: 1.a If you are a private individual, when you register or access registration as a guest, you will be asked to provide certain data necessary to access the service, such as: first name, last name, residence/domicile address, shipping address, email, phone number, tax code, date of birth, gender. Warnings: Third-party data: if you provide third-party data (for example of family members or friends), you must ensure that those persons have been properly informed and have consented to processing as described in this notice. Data of minors under 16: if you are under 16 you may not provide any personal data, nor may you register on www.mobliclick.it; in any case, we accept no responsibility for any false statements you may provide. In both cases, if we become aware of untrue statements, we will delete any personal data acquired. 1.b If you are a sole trader or professional, when you register or access registration as a guest you will also be asked to provide: the company name, VAT number, contact person’s name, email address, phone number, professional category, and registered office. 2. Data we collect automatically: We collect the following data through the services you use: Technical data: for example IP address, browser type, information about your computer, data relating to the current (approximate) location of the device you are using / processing of data provided in a generic manner (so-called browsing data, such as, by way of example, anonymous visit data), collected automatically solely for the purpose of verifying and monitoring access to the Website; Data collected using cookies or similar technologies, intended as session, functionality or analytics cookies. With regard to analytics cookies in particular, the Website provides for the anonymization of IP addresses. The collection and use of such browsing data (with IP anonymization) allow monitoring of the Website’s performance and help improve the service offered, providing the User with a better browsing experience; for further information, please visit the “Cookie” section. Special categories of data: we will not ask you to provide, nor will we process, sensitive personal data (e.g. race, ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health, sexual orientation, etc.).
WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?
We collect and use personal data for the following purposes: 1. to provide you with access to our services and deliver them, enabling you to obtain accurate and complete information about our products and services through data collection procedures, contact forms, and registration workflows, including, among others: - registration and creation of a reserved area; - use of the “favourites” and “saved searches” features; - communications related to service delivery. Such processing is necessary to carry out the purchase order. Processing of data provided directly by Users via email messages or contact forms (or similar means) is carried out solely to provide the requested information. 2. Only with your consent, we use collected data to inform you about our commercial activities, to provide accurate and complete information about products and services, and to notify you of promotional, commercial and advertising initiatives (events, projects, etc.) through an expressly accepted channel (e.g. email, WhatsApp, phone, SMS, social media messaging), as well as analysis and reporting connected to promotional communication systems, such as measuring the number of emails opened and clicks on links within the communication. 3. Only with your consent, we process collected data to analyse your habits or purchasing choices in order to offer an increasingly personalised service, aligned with your interests, and to improve our commercial offering. Such analyses are not connected to any automated decision-making process.
ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
The processing of your personal data for the purposes indicated in this notice is based on one or more of the following legal grounds: - Contractual performance: your order request makes it necessary to process your data; - Consent: we ask for your consent to use your data for advertising and profiling; - Legal obligations: when strictly necessary, we will process your personal data to comply with a legal obligation.
IS PROVIDING DATA MANDATORY?
Providing personal data is mandatory only for processing necessary to provide the service / execute the purchase order by Mobil Ilar srl.; any refusal makes it impossible to provide the service / execute the order. Providing data is optional for promotional and profiling purposes; refusal to give consent for those purposes has no negative consequences on the services offered on www.mobilclick.it or on the execution of the purchase order.
WHO ARE THE DATA PROCESSING PARTIES?
The Data Controller is Mobili Ilar S.r.l. (single-member company), represented by its legal representative pro tempore, Tax Code / VAT no. 02573060304, REA UD-271430, with registered office at Via Cesare Battisti 35, 3040 Visco - Udine – Italy, offices at Via Officine 2, 34071 Cormons - Gorizia – Italy, warehouse at Via Divisione Julia 48, 33048 San Giovanni al Natisone - Udine – Italy, tel. 0481 630033, fax 0481 634689, email mobilclick@mobilclick.it, Skype: mobilclick2011. The Data Controller relies on data processors to achieve the above purposes and, in particular, the processor for technical assistance, maintenance, technical management and similar activities for this Website is Boraso Conversion Marketing, Milan, Via Viserba 20. The Data Controller also processes Users’ data through internal authorised persons, duly appointed and instructed for correct processing, also orally, pursuant to the Simplification Measure of the Data Protection Authority of 27 November 2008 and subsequent amendments. The Data Controller entrusts certain processing activities to external parties who, within their professional activity, act as Data Processors and have declared compliance with personal data protection regulations. Outsourced processing concerns the fulfilment of accounting, tax and fiscal obligations.
HOW IS DATA PROCESSED?
All personal data are processed in full compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and other applicable personal data protection rules. Identifying personal data provided by Users will be stored in the Website database and on the company server and processed through IT procedures by the Controller’s operators, collaborators and partners, in a manner that ensures confidentiality and security and is strictly related to the purposes above.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
No personal data provided in a generic manner by Users will be communicated to third parties (except where communicated to competent Authorities in the event of investigations into unlawful activities), nor will they be disclosed. Exceptions include browsing data and similar data (as described above), as well as third-party profiling cookies (see the Cookie Policy of this Website), which will be communicated to the relevant third parties where they do not manage them directly as Data Controllers. Depending on the specific purpose of processing, personal data specifically provided by Users may be communicated to collaborators and partners of the Controller for purposes strictly connected to the contractual relationship with the data subject. Data collected in connection with service delivery may be communicated to: - companies performing functions strictly connected and instrumental to the operation (including technical operation) of our services, such as providers of website review/verification services, direct marketing and customer care providers, archiving services, administrative services, payment and invoicing services, and affiliated companies providing technical components for certain service features; - administrative and judicial authorities in compliance with legal obligations. Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Union to be processed by certain service providers. In such cases, we ensure that the transfer takes place in compliance with applicable legislation and that an adequate level of protection is guaranteed through an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, or Binding Corporate Rules. Search engines: information may be visible in searches carried out through the internal search engine and may be made available to third-party search engines, as content indexing by third parties is permitted. A cached copy may remain in search results for a few days. Search results are not managed by Mobil Ilar srl, but the User may request removal of a page and prompt cache updates directly with the third-party search engine. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
HOW CAN YOU ACCESS, CHANGE, DELETE YOUR DATA OR OBTAIN A COPY?
ACCESS: Your personal data can be viewed at any time by accessing your reserved area, entering your “account” and clicking “Area Riservata”. WITHDRAWAL: You may withdraw consent at any time using the procedures provided on the website. To disable the transmission of your personal information to Google Analytics on your own, follow the instructions at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=it.
DATA EXPORT AND DELETION
To request deletion of your data, you may send a request to mobilclick@mobilclick.it from the email address used to register. Your personal data will be deleted as soon as technically possible and in accordance with the retention period described below.
IN SUMMARY, WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
Any natural person who has provided personal data may: • obtain from the Data Controller, at any time, information about the existence of their personal data, their origin, the purposes and methods of processing and, where applicable, access the personal data and the information referred to in Article 15 GDPR;

• request updating, rectification, integration, deletion, restriction of processing where one of the conditions in Article 18 GDPR applies, anonymisation or blocking of personal data processed unlawfully, including data that do not need to be retained for the purposes for which they were collected and/or subsequently processed;

• object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data, even if relevant to the purpose of collection and processing, including processing for commercial information, sending advertising material, direct sales, market research or commercial communication. Each user also has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal;

• receive their personal data, knowingly and actively provided or obtained through use of the service, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and transmit them to another controller without hindrance;

• lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

The above rights may be exercised personally or through a written delegation or power of attorney to individuals or associations.
HOW AND FOR HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE STORED?
Personal data are stored in paper and/or electronic form for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes above, in compliance with applicable laws. For direct marketing and profiling purposes, we retain your data for a maximum period allowed by applicable law (respectively 24 and 12 months). Invoices, accounting documents and transaction data are retained for 8 years as required by law (including tax obligations). If the right to be forgotten is exercised through an explicit deletion request, the data may be retained in a protected form with limited access solely for the purpose of investigating and prosecuting crimes, for a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of the request, and will then be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Finally, for the same purposes, internet traffic data (excluding the contents of communications) may be retained for a period not exceeding 6 years from the date of communication, pursuant to Article 24 of Law no. 167/2017 implementing EU Directive 2017/541 on anti-terrorism.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA?
Data are processed in accordance with applicable laws, with particular regard to the security measures provided by GDPR (Article 32), using IT, manual and automated tools and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated, ensuring security and confidentiality.
CAN THIS NOTICE CHANGE OVER TIME?
This notice may be subject to changes. If substantial changes are made to the use of user data by the Data Controller, the Controller will inform users by publishing the changes prominently on its pages or through alternative means.
JOB APPLICATIONS
For unsolicited CV submissions via the website or the email addresses indicated, applicants are invited to include in their CV a statement consenting to the processing of personal data for recruitment purposes, avoiding sensitive data (such as health status or religious, philosophical or political beliefs) not relevant to the job offer. At the time of any first contact following submission, a short notice similar to this one may be provided again, even orally. The applicant may object to the processing of their data at any time by writing to mobilclick@mobliclick.it.

Transactionale by Flyer Tech is a service provided by Flyer Tech S.r.l., Via San Donato 82, Bologna, BO 40127, Italy (“Flyer Tech”). Transactionale by Flyer Tech uses your name, your email and your ZIP code to display advertising. Therefore, at the time of your order, your name, email and ZIP code are communicated to Flyer Tech through secure Web Services.

By placing an order on this website, you accept the transmission and processing of your relevant data in the manner and for the purposes described above. This processing enables Flyer Tech to send you, via email, advertisements for other eCommerce sites belonging to the Flyer Tech Network. Information collected across websites within the Transactionale network is transmitted and stored for processing on Flyer Tech’s servers in France. Such data are deleted 30 calendar days after the first communication.
