How to Make a Return
The right of withdrawal, governed by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, grants the right to withdraw from a purchase contract for any reason, by returning the purchased product and receiving a refund.
This right may be exercised exclusively by the consumer-customer, meaning a natural person who purchases goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity and who therefore does not provide a VAT number in the order form.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a written notice to R.it.

Customers purchasing with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the original packaging or any accessories included with the product are missing.

It is not possible to withdraw from only part of a purchased product.
Withdrawal Procedure

Within 14 days from the date of delivery, the consumer must send a registered letter with return receipt to:

The letter must include the ORDER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER associated with the request. -
Upon receipt of the registered letter, you will be contacted by email or phone to confirm acceptance of the request and provide instructions for shipping the return.

The product must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. The original packaging must be used, and the product must be complete with all items originally included. We recommend using an insured courier service.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for the product during shipment. In the event of loss, theft, or other damage, I reserve the right to charge for any damages incurred.

Within 14 days from acceptance of the withdrawal request, the customer must send the product via courier. Upon receipt, I will verify the integrity of the product and the presence of all original accessories.
A refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the registered withdrawal notice, excluding shipping costs.
If the product is damaged during transport, I will notify the Customer within five working days of receipt, so that the Customer may promptly file a claim with the chosen courier and obtain reimbursement for the value of the product (if insured).
